Broken Planes

An intact window is hard to find in these abandoned buildings. This paticular window is part of a corridor in the Dever State School. Part of this campus was used in World War II as a prisoner camp, it held a few thousand Italian and German POW's.

I can't really put my finger on why I like this picture, I think it's the combination of b&w and the depth of focus ... nice

This is a great picture, with that information with it, it is even more dramatic, I am glad you did the B&W, love the DOF
