Love the angle and the light here.. and I guess there's a ghost sitting in the chair and looking outside the window.. and maybe when you took the shot he said "oh, I heard something.. who's there?"

Love the light and subtle color and the angle, but most of all one senses a human presence which is too often missing from the photos of abandoned places.
